How long does it take for custom orders?If items are in stock, they will ship 1-2 business days. If items are not in stock, they will ship 7-14 business days.

Is there a deposit for custom orders?All personalized items containing names, dates, etc and orders over 5 pieces require a 50% deposit. Some items are subject to full payment up front.

What is the return/exchange policy?Sizes can be exchanged within 14 days. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Items can be returned for full refund within 14 days in the event of defects or incorrect order. Personalized items cannot be returned. Proofs are sent to customer before purchase, please make sure what you see is what you want.
